Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Agreement

By installing or using the app you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. You confirm that you're authorised to accept these terms for your organisation. The app is for business use only; it isn't offered to consumers.

2. Provider

Studiobyte (Robert Calin). Contact us via the support form on our Support page.

3. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app within your own Freshservice account(s) for internal business purposes, for as long as your subscription is active.

The app is licensed, not sold; all rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where law allows), resell, sublicense, redistribute, or use the app to build a competing product, or remove proprietary notices.

3a. Acceptable use

You must only use the app to grant or remove access that your organisation has authorised. You must not use it to gain unauthorised access to mailboxes or calendars, to bypass your organisation's approval processes, or in breach of any law or of Microsoft's or Freshworks' terms. You're responsible for the requests you approve and for who can raise and approve them.

4. Subscription and billing

The app is billed via the Freshworks Marketplace at the price shown there. Freshworks' marketplace terms apply to billing, trials, renewals and cancellations. Early-adopter prices apply to subscriptions started during the launch period. Refunds, trials and cancellations are handled under the Freshworks Marketplace terms. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of price changes for existing subscriptions, where the Marketplace allows.

5. Customer responsibilities

You're responsible for your Microsoft 365 and Freshservice configuration, granting the app the required permissions, your approval workflows and rules, keeping credentials secure and renewed, the accuracy of requests, and complying with laws and Microsoft's and Freshworks' terms. You must review settings before turning off Dry run.

6. Third-party services

The app depends on Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Freshworks, which are provided by third parties under their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability or changes, including changes to Microsoft's APIs. The app uses Microsoft's Exchange Online admin interface, which Microsoft may change or restrict. If that happens, we'll make reasonable efforts to update the app, but we can't guarantee continued compatibility.

7. Data

The app doesn't send your organisation's data to us; see the Privacy Policy. If you include personal data in a support request, we handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Support

Support is provided through the support form on our Support page on a reasonable-efforts basis, typically within 2 business days (UK time). There's no guaranteed uptime or SLA unless agreed in writing.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, profits or business, or for changes made to Microsoft 365 permissions through the app. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim or £100.

Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You'll indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the app or breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach. On termination your licence ends; app storage is removed on uninstall.

13. Changes to the app and terms

We may update the app and these terms. We'll give notice of material changes (for example on this page or by email) at least 30 days before they take effect; continued use after that means acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

15. Contact

Contact us via the support form on our Support page.

16. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential.

17. Feedback

We may use suggestions you give us without obligation.

18. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including outages of Microsoft or Freshworks services.

19. Assignment

You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a successor of the business.

20. Entire agreement and severability

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Freshworks Marketplace terms are the whole agreement; if part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

21. No waiver

A failure or delay to enforce a right under these terms does not waive that right.
